Meeting began with discussion of the flyer for the ball.

• Add Arietis Ares' lecture on Candle Magic
• Do not move back hours, too late to change them
• Remove directions, add web site address
• Map was added, with instructions to see web site or newsletter for more detailed directions

Crystal Ball was discussed:

• Vendors, covered what checks were still out
• Door prizes had been donated by Fran and Gloria
• Decorations may be donated, in the works
• Nancy offered to bring cash box 
• Discussed having easel with notepad again

Upcoming events:

• Idea discussed for making a calendar of where DVPN will be attending what we're sponsoring on our web site (if only to help us keep our calendars straight!)
• VA Beach event, need to find contacts to see if we can pick their brains for info on running a community center 
• Starhawk event discussed, possible road trip
• Wilmington Between the Worlds - Do more than just attend, maybe have literature table, or volunteer to staff stuff?
• Harrisburg - Pagan Awareness Day, is anyone going?

Finance:

• Bob and Maria opening account at Sovereign Bank, free checking available. 
• Maria ordered the corporate kit.
• Note made to start thinking of future funding, ideas for holding fundraising events, researching grants and government funding, etc. 

The usual goofing around happened, lots of good food eaten, and meeting was adjourned.
