In Attendance:
Bob Bruhin, Jay LaCourte,  Carolyn Leonard, Carol Morotti-Meeker

Welcome to:
Gil Johnson, Curt Boorse, Wayne Massey, Joey Gurak

ITEMS UP FOR DISCUSSION

Due to lack of Board attendance at this meeting, no official business was discussed or decided upon.   This was an informational meeting.

Crystal Ball

Mask Making Idea

Bob introduced Gil to the group.  Gil has offered to man a mask making table.  Gil supplied the following proposal: He  and any volunteers would man a table where attendees would be able to make masks or enhance their masks.

He  stated the cost to DVPN would be minimal and could be recouped through the moneys we received from the mask-makers.

He  would do the shopping for the supplies going to art supply and craft stores to obtain materials.   Bob stated he would also go with Gil.

Joey Gurak supplied the names of numerous art supply stores and also explained she does mask making projects for school.  Gil and Bob were to get in touch with her for her assistance in the project.

Carolyn Leonard also volunteered to assist with this project.

Volunteers/Miscellaneous

Carol asked what jobs need to be done.  Bob and I stated that until the Board met we would not have a good idea of all the jobs available.  We encouraged all meeting attendees to volunteer.

Carol also suggested we obtain the use of a microwave for those people bringing food to the potluck which needs to be heated up.

Table Assignments

Bob and I agreed that a possible way to assign tables would be to number the tables and have the vendors drawn numbers from a hat.  This would alleviate people vying for “prime” locations and seemed the most fair way to assign the tables.

The meeting was adjourned at 7 p.m. as official business could not be conducted without a majority of the board present.
