income ---------- $25 profit -Not a huge monetary success, but it was excellent
publicity in that it introduced us to several new groups of people. -It was fun to do, and Bob & Franklin both are
willing to do it again next year, with a lot more lead time to set it up
and promote it. -Will not be in association with any other groups
next time. The profits on
this one were split 3 ways between DVPN, the Singers &
Publisher -Will start planning 6 months in advance (in June),
announcing event at Summer Social and promoting it from there
on. -Possibly get merchants to promote
it -New Hope is a possible location, more of a
built-in audience New Business: Finances

Ball Site Blessing -Ask Patricia if interested or for ideas on doing
an opening ritual -Must be non-denominational, possibly based on a
theme -Bless the event, success to vendors, speakers,
etc. -Possibly simple guided meditation for grounding
& centering, establish theme & set tone for
day WHYY -Look into getting Patricia on a radio show while
she is here -Is she interested? -Is there time to do
