DVPN Board Meeting 2/23/07

1. Previous meeting’s minutes approved.

2. Newsletters
- Board copies distributed
- Member copies mailed previously, and bulk copies distributed
- Mystickal Tymes paid Morgan $20 cash for their classified ad.
- Put ad contact info on masthead
- Deadline for next issue April 6th
- Postage total $65.96; Morgan to get printing total from Franklin (invoice mailed to him)

3. Finances
- Balance in checking account is $1420
- Need to pay about $600 to Spiral Song singers and churches where Winter Solstice was held
- May have enough to cover Spring newsletter

4. Board meetings
- No night of week good for everyone; tentatively discussing keeping it third Wednesday of each month.
- Need to contact new board members to see what works for them
- Will schedule board retreat for late spring or summer
- Diana volunteered her house for board retreat

5. Summer Social
- Morgan working on it.

6. Pagan Pride
- Tentative date Sept. 1.
- Diana’s dance trouple to perofrm
- Franklin still working on entertainment

7. Crystal Ball
- Diana working on it

8. Pagan Arts Initiative
- Marketplace continues to evolve
- Franklin made networking contact with Fortress for the Arts
