DVPN Board Meeting 12/13/06 Those present: Morgan Beard Bob Bruhin Franklin Evans Three Blade Jaguar 1. Morgan didn’t get a chance to post November meeting minutes, so will try to get them approved on-list. 2. Financials - $309.63 in bank account, would be $55 more, but money was held for Winter Solstice expenses. 3. Winter Solstice - Delaware County UCC very excited about performance, will contribute readers. - CHUM has asked for flat $100 rent for space. 4. Pagan Arts Initiative - Auction site growing, has more active auctions and sellers including one international lister - Company that hosts site now offers free hosting for nonprofits; will allow DVPN to accept credit cards on site 5. Board Business - Wednesdays no longer good for Three Blade; will consult with others about alternative date - Board members asked to keep an eye out for potential board members and let Franklin know if any are found 6. Newsletter - Next deadline in January - Bob has interview with Inominandum to contribute - Morgan to send list of advertisers and what they owed for 2006 to Franklin; he will let Three Blade know what needs to be collected 7. Membership - Three Blade to take over leadership of Membership Committee             |
