Minutes of board meeting 11/08/06 Those present: Morgan Beard Bob Bruhin Franklin Evans Diana Grayfox Nancy Lebowitz 1. Minutes from last meeting approved. Morgan will post on site. 2. Winter Solstice - Press release ready to be sent out - First performance: UCC in Delaware County, Dec. 16th - Second performance: CHUM, Dec. 21st. - Performance on 12th officially cancelled - Franklin inviting people from Kimmel Center to come, for possible future performances there 3. Newsletter - Winter issue mailed at Samhain - Non-members have been purged from the mailing list - Printing cost = $419.94 + $66.97 postage, $486.91 total - Ad revenue assuming all advertisers pay: $225 4. Pagan Arts Initiative - Auction site up, has 18 registered users and 4 active auctions - Auctions free until May 1st. - Possibility of running Google ads - Winter Solstice is PAI’s flagship production - Also planning production for Philly Fringe 5. Membership - Morgan is resigning from Membership Committee due to time concerns - She will continue to organize the Summer Social, assuming no objections 6. Crystal Ball - Diana volunteered to organize; will do initial organizing steps with the goal of making it happen in 2008.
