• The minutes of the September meeting of the Board of Directors were read and approved with minor adjustments.

Aids Walk

• Ten individuals are signed up for the team.

Winter Solstice Concert

• Franklin gathering readers – preference goes to members of UU Earth-Based group (our sponsors)
• Definite dates will be:
• Saturday, December 15, 7:30 p.m.
• Friday, December 20, 8:00 p.m.
• Earth-based group there sponsoring the event.  Franklin believes there will be no charge to us.
• $140 book expenditure 00 7 books
• Our name may be associated with another such concert in Devon.  If so, we will receive no money, only publicity.
• Hope to have Stasa on WXPN as director of event.

World AIDS Day/Day With(out) Art

• No response yet regarding drummers

• Raff is meeting with Jackie to set up SCA Penn sponsorship on Tuesday
• Possible Morris Dancing workshop
